First seen Aug 07, 2026 · Last updated Aug 07, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding Pilates exercises to typical desk exercises can reduce neck, shoulder, and back pain and improve posture in office workers. About 30 female office workers will be randomly assigned to either do desk exercises alone or desk exercises plus Pilates twice a week. Researchers will measure pain, posture, and burnout to see if Pilates offers extra benefits.
