Summary

This study looked at whether reformer pilates or mat pilates is better for women with lumbar disc herniation (a slipped disc). Forty women did 16 sessions over 8 weeks. Researchers measured pain, quality of life, and fear of movement. The goal was to see which type of pilates helps more.
