First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether Pilates, a gentle mind-body exercise, can help manage pain and other symptoms in people with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome or hypermobility spectrum disorder. One hundred adults with persistent pain will be randomly assigned to either Pilates classes or educational seminars. The main goal is to see if the program is feasible and acceptable, with pain levels also measured as a secondary outcome.
