Summary

This study looks at how physical activity levels are linked to posture, sleep quality, depression, and muscle or joint pain in health science professors and researchers at Istanbul Aydin University. About 73 academics aged 23 to 65 will fill out questionnaires. The goal is to understand these connections and help create better workplace health strategies.
