NCT ID NCT07602933

First seen May 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026

Summary

This study tests if shining a special light on muscles before using electrical stimulation can reduce tiredness, soreness, and muscle damage. Healthy adults aged 18-45 will receive either real or fake light treatment, then undergo a series of electrical muscle contractions. Researchers will measure strength, muscle activity, and soreness over several days to see if the light helps.
