Can a phone call get you moving and lift your mood?

NCT ID NCT04990401

Summary

This study tested a new phone-based therapy program designed to help people with depression become more physically active. 65 adults with moderate to severe depression who exercised very little received 10 therapy sessions by phone or video. Researchers wanted to see if this approach was practical and if it could help reduce depression symptoms and increase activity levels.
