Summary
This study tested a phone-based version of the Walk With Ease program for 267 adults with arthritis, gout, fibromyalgia, or lupus. Participants were followed for up to one year to see if the program helped reduce pain and improve physical function like walking and chair stands. The goal was to find a convenient way to deliver arthritis self-management support without in-person visits.
