Leg day vs. full body: which workout helps PAH patients breathe easier?

Summary

This study looks at whether whole-body aerobic exercise or leg weight training works better to improve symptoms and quality of life in people with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH). About 45 adults with PAH will participate. Researchers will measure changes in oxygen use and muscle function during exercise.
