Summary
This study is testing whether special PET-MRI scans can predict how well rectal cancer responds to chemotherapy and radiation before surgery. Researchers will scan 50 patients multiple times during treatment to see if early changes in the tumor can forecast the final outcome. The goal is to help doctors personalize treatment and avoid unnecessary surgeries in the future.
