First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether using a special PET scan (FDOPA-PET) to guide radiation therapy can help people with recurrent glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. About 54 adults whose tumor has returned after prior radiation will receive targeted radiation based on the PET images. The goal is to see if this approach delays further tumor growth at the treated site.
