Summary

This early-phase study tested a personalized vaccine made from yeast that is designed to teach the immune system to recognize and attack leftover cancer cells. It included 5 adults with different cancers who had already completed treatment aimed at curing their disease. The goal was to see if the vaccine is safe and can help delay or prevent the cancer from returning.
