Summary
This study tests a 9-month program for women who had preeclampsia in their first pregnancy. The program includes online group meetings, a smartphone app for tracking blood pressure and weight, and lifestyle coaching. Researchers want to see if it lowers blood pressure and helps with weight loss compared to standard care. About 356 women will take part.
