Magnetic therapy may cut Post-Surgery pain and pill use

Summary

This study tests whether a device that creates a pulsed magnetic field (PEMF) can help reduce pain after knee or shoulder surgery. About 76 adults will use the device or a fake one for 10 days after their operation. Researchers will measure pain levels and how much pain medicine participants need.
