First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 23, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests whether combining pembrolizumab, olaparib, and temozolomide can shrink or slow the growth of gliomas that have come back after treatment. About 57 adults with a specific type of glioma (IDH-mutated, grade II or III) will receive the drug combination. The goal is to see how many patients respond and to monitor side effects.
