Summary
This study tests whether pembrolizumab, an immunotherapy drug that helps the immune system fight cancer, can shrink or stop the growth of recurrent malignant glioma in 27 patients. The cancer must have returned after prior treatments like radiation and chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink the tumor by half or keep it stable for at least 6 months.
