Summary

This study follows 72 women with pelvic cancers (anal, cervical, endometrial, rectal, vaginal, or vulvar) who are receiving radiation therapy. Researchers will use pelvic exams and surveys to measure changes in vaginal health, sexual function, and quality of life over two years. The goal is to better understand the physical and emotional effects of radiation, which may help improve future care and support.
