First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether a 3-month pelvic floor muscle training program is practical and helpful for people with motor-incomplete spinal cord injury. Researchers will track how many people join, stick with the program, and report any problems. They will also explore if the training improves bladder, bowel, and sexual function. About 30 adults with stable spinal cord injury symptoms will participate.
