Summary
This study is testing a program called Paso a Paso, designed to help Spanish-speaking adults at risk for diabetes prevent the disease. About 45 participants will take part to see if the program is practical and effective. The goal is to help people lose weight and lower their blood sugar levels through lifestyle changes.
