First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests if a less invasive procedure called partial pulpotomy using CGF (a blood-derived material) can treat severe, irreversible tooth inflammation in 60 adolescents aged 11-17, compared to standard root canal treatment. The goal is to relieve pain and save the tooth without needing full root canal therapy. Participants will be followed for one week to measure pain levels and healing.
