First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests a new fluorescent dye, PARPi-FL, to see if it can help doctors spot oral squamous cell carcinoma during surgery. About 23 adults with mouth or throat cancer will receive the dye before their operation. Researchers will check safety at different doses and find the best amount to make tumors glow, aiming to improve cancer removal.
