First seen May 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study compares two pain management approaches for adults with oral cancer who have moderate to severe pain. One group receives an opioid (tramadol), while the other gets a combination of pregabalin and naproxen sodium. The goal is to see which treatment reduces pain more effectively and causes fewer side effects over 7 days. 98 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments.
