Summary
This study tests whether giving the immunotherapy drug nivolumab before surgery can shrink tumors in people with advanced oral cancer. About 60 adults with resectable oral squamous cell carcinoma will receive nivolumab, then have surgery. Researchers will also look for biomarkers in lymph nodes that might predict who responds best.
