This study is testing whether adding action observation and motor imagery (watching and imagining exercises) to standard dual-task gait training can improve walking and balance in people with Parkinson's disease who have trouble with posture and walking. 80 participants will be randomly assigned to one of two training groups, and researchers will use brain scans and blood tests to look for biomarkers that predict who responds best.
