Summary

This study looks at how Parkinson's disease impacts breathing, inspiratory muscle strength, physical fitness, and aerobic capacity. Researchers will compare 100 people with Parkinson's (ages 50-80) to healthy volunteers of similar age. Participants undergo breathing tests, fitness assessments, and disease severity scoring, but no treatment is given.
