Summary
This study is observing whether a free, daily after-school program in community parks improves children's health. Researchers will analyze data from about 5,000 kids aged 6-14 who participate in the program, which includes sports, games, and nutrition lessons. The goal is to see if regular activity in this setting leads to better fitness, weight, blood pressure, and mental well-being over time.
