Summary

This study is testing whether pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy (PERT) can help people with advanced pancreatic cancer maintain their body weight while on chemotherapy. Researchers are comparing two different dosing schedules of the enzyme supplement pancrelipase. The main goal is to see if taking these enzymes improves body mass index (BMI) over four months.
