Summary

This study looks at whether a pancreatic enzyme pill (pancrelipase) can help people with advanced pancreatic cancer maintain or gain weight. The trial includes 17 participants who are starting chemotherapy and will receive either the enzyme or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the treatment improves body mass index (BMI) over four months.
