Summary
This study tests whether giving a mix of chemotherapy (gemcitabine, nab-paclitaxel) and immunotherapy (durvalumab, oleclumab) before surgery can shrink pancreatic tumors and improve outcomes. It involves 13 adults with early-stage, removable pancreatic cancer. The goal is to see if this approach helps control the disease and is safe.
