First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study tested two treatment plans for people with pancreatic cancer that is on the edge of being removable by surgery. 130 patients received either chemotherapy alone or chemotherapy plus radiation before surgery. The goal was to see which approach leads to a higher rate of clean surgical margins (no cancer left behind). The study is complete, and results help guide future treatment decisions.
