NCT ID NCT04614909

First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tested the drug pamiparib, alone or with radiation, in 50 people with glioblastoma (a fast-growing brain cancer). It included both newly diagnosed and recurrent cases. The goal was to see how well the drug reaches the tumor and whether it helps control the disease. This is not a cure, as ongoing management is still needed.
