This pilot study tests whether Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) — a psychological treatment that teaches people to reinterpret pain signals from the brain — is feasible and acceptable for working-age adults (18–65) with chronic low back pain. Participants are randomly assigned to either 8 weekly PRT sessions or a monitoring and education program. The study measures recruitment, retention, satisfaction, and changes in pain intensity and daily functioning, with follow-up at 3 months.
