First seen Apr 11, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests a single dose of an experimental painkiller (LY4515100) in 212 people who have moderate-to-severe pain after having their wisdom teeth removed. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will measure pain levels and safety over about 6 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug provides faster and better pain relief than a sugar pill.
