Summary
This study tests two different drug mixtures given as a nerve block to reduce pain after lower abdominal surgery. One mix uses bupivacaine with dexmedetomidine, the other uses bupivacaine with dexamethasone. The goal is to see which provides longer pain relief. About 60 adults having lower belly surgery will take part.
