Summary

This study compares two methods of delivering pain medicine through a nerve block after surgery: a continuous slow drip versus scheduled small doses. The goal is to see which approach provides better pain relief and reduces the need for strong opioid painkillers. The study will enroll 240 adults who are having surgery and receiving a nerve block for pain control.
