Summary

This study tests two medications—Chlorhexidine gel and Nitrofurantoin paste—placed inside the tooth during root canal treatment to see which one reduces pain between visits better. 220 patients with infected teeth will report their pain levels before treatment and again after 24 and 48 hours. The goal is to help dentists choose the most effective option for patient comfort.
