Summary
This study looks at whether giving ibuprofen and paracetamol before laparoscopic hysterectomy can lower pain scores and the need for stronger painkillers in the first 24 hours after surgery. About 70 adults aged 18-70 having planned laparoscopic hysterectomy will take part. The goal is to improve pain control and reduce side effects like nausea.
