First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether teaching people with chronic low back pain about how pain works in the brain and body (pain neuroscience education) helps them move better and feel less disabled compared to standard education about spine anatomy. 88 adults with back pain for over a year took part. The goal was to see if this approach, combined with rehab, improves daily function after 3 months.
