Summary
This study compared two types of pain blocks—MTP and ESPB—for people having laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (weight loss surgery). 52 adults with a BMI of 35 or higher took part. The goal was to see which block better reduces pain after surgery using a standard pain scale.
