Summary
This study tested two different ways to block pain in 50 children having hernia surgery. One method uses a shot near the belly muscles, the other near the tailbone. The goal was to see which one keeps kids comfortable longer and reduces the need for extra pain medicine. Results will help doctors choose the best option for children.
