First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests whether a pacemaker set to a faster rate (90 beats per minute) can help people with right heart failure and severe tricuspid regurgitation. Twenty-four participants with a low natural heart rate will get a special pacemaker and be followed for 6 months. The goal is to see if the faster pacing improves heart function, symptoms, and quality of life.
