Summary
This study tests whether a specially designed physical activity program can help African American colorectal cancer survivors become more active. About 21 participants will use a Fitbit tracker and watch exercise videos to increase their daily steps and reduce sitting time. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helps improve fitness and well-being.
