Summary

This study tests whether oxymetazoline, a common nasal decongestant, can replace sodium hypochlorite as a bleeding control agent during pulp treatment in children's baby teeth. About 50 Egyptian children aged 4-8 with decayed molars will receive either treatment. The goal is to see if oxymetazoline works as well or better, with fewer side effects.
