Summary
This study tests whether a less invasive partial pulpotomy works as well as the standard full pulpotomy for treating deep cavities in children's baby molars. Both procedures use MTA, a material that helps heal the tooth's pulp. The trial enrolls healthy children aged 4-8 with matching pairs of decayed baby molars, randomly assigning one tooth to each method. Success is measured by clinical and X-ray checks over one year.
