First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a device that delivers oxygen to chronic leg ulcers caused by vein problems. About 212 adults will get either the real oxygen therapy or a sham treatment, along with standard compression bandages, for up to 16 weeks. The main goal is to see if the oxygen therapy helps more ulcers heal completely. Participants will be followed for a year to check long-term results.
