This study tests whether breathing extra oxygen (normobaric oxygen therapy) can improve thinking, quality of life, and daily function in people who have had psychosis for less than 5 years. Twenty participants aged 15-35 will be randomly assigned to receive oxygen or a placebo. The goal is to see if this simple treatment can ease symptoms and help people get back to normal life.
