Sister's ovary tissue may restore fertility in early menopause

Summary

This study tests whether transplanting ovarian tissue from a non-identical sister can restore menstrual cycles and fertility in women with premature ovarian failure (early menopause). Ten women will receive the transplant along with immunosuppressive drugs to prevent rejection. The goal is to help them produce hormones naturally and potentially achieve pregnancy.
