NCT ID NCT06562673
First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tested a new way to treat osteosarcoma, a type of bone cancer, in 10 patients. Doctors gave two drugs—cisplatin and Endostar—directly into the artery that feeds the tumor, along with standard chemotherapy through a vein. The goal was to see if this approach was safe and could kill more tumor cells before surgery. The study found that the treatment was manageable and helped destroy cancer tissue, but it is not a cure and ongoing monitoring is needed.
