Summary

This study follows 200 people with early blood conditions (MGUS or smoldering myeloma) that sometimes turn into multiple myeloma, a blood cancer. Researchers will track age, blood protein levels, bone marrow cells, genes, and bone health to find clues that predict progression. No treatments are tested—the goal is to learn who is at highest risk so doctors can monitor and treat earlier in the future.
