Can a daily glass of orange juice help your body use sugar better?
NCT ID NCT01201603
Summary
This study aimed to find out if drinking orange juice daily could improve how well the body responds to insulin, a hormone that controls blood sugar. It involved 36 overweight but otherwise healthy women who drank either orange juice or a control drink daily for three months. Researchers measured insulin sensitivity, body fat, and blood markers before and after the drinking period to see if there was any change.
