First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This early-stage study is testing whether a low dose of oral ketamine can safely reduce anxiety in people with pancreatic cancer who are currently on or recently finished cancer treatment. About 20 participants will receive both ketamine and a placebo at different times to compare effects. The main goal is to see if the study is practical and if patients can stick with the treatment.
